What is Communities RAMPup?

Through the Communities RAMPup project, our community will aim to help improve education for patients, caregivers and health care providers while creating a community energized around comprehensive care for Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias.

Goals:

•Become more knowledgeable about comprehensive dementia care and dementia-related Medicare benefits •Identify gaps and barriers to dementia care in our community

•Develop practical healthcare solutions

Light food and beverages will be provided, along with extra onsite assistance for community members with cognitive impairment or dementia so that everyone can attend and contribute to this very important community event.
