R.A.D Basic Physical Self Defense System for Women

The Lewistown Police Department is offering training in the R.A.D Basic Physical Self Defense system for Women. Participation is for women only, and you must be 15 years of age or older to attend. This 12 hour class will be taught by Nationally Certified Instructors - Justin Jenness and Cory Smith. 

This class will take place over the course of 4 nights, each night being 3 hours from 6 pm to 9 pm. January 21st through 24th, 2019.
