Chili Cook-off at Montana Winter Fair

Saturday, January 25th, 10:00 AM at the Eagles Dance Hall is the Chili Cook-Off. Come spice up the 75th Montana Winter Fair with a pot of chili. Participants will bring approximately one- and one-half gallons of chili in a crockpot with a minimum temperature of 165 degrees. No wild game.
The chili will be judged at 11:00 AM and then served immediately following judging. There is no entry fee, and it is open to anyone.

Print and bring your form day of the event with list of ingredients. Judging is based on aroma, color, consistency, taste, and aftertaste. Cash prizes awarded to winners. Donations welcome. Nothing says cozy and wholesome like a warm bowl of chili. Come share your chili and warm up some bellies.
