Cowboy Church at Montana Winter Fair

One of the oldest Western traditions in Central Montana is the celebration of Cowboy Church: a gathering when cowboy poets and musicians of varied persuasions come together to praise their Creator.

This thoughtful occasion provides an opportunity for the sharing of life’s high points, trials and tribulations by highly talented poets and musicians using their lyrics and verses to connect with and inspire all of us.

Lewistown is noted for it’s “Cowboy Poetry” so it is most appropriate that the Montana Winter Fair conclude it’s festivities with this quiet time of unity, reflection and celebration.

Everyone, cowboy or not, is invited to attend Cowboy church.  Coffee and pastries will be served.
