Pigeye Outfitters, a central Montana bird hunting outfitter, is located in the "Big Sky Country" just east of where the Rocky Mountains meet the Great Plains. Approximately 20 miles west of Lewistown, our lodge is 85 miles east of the nearest airport, located in Great Falls, MT. From Hungarian partridge, sharp-tailed grouse and mountain grouse, to ring-neck pheasant and limited sage grouse, our upland bird season offers the perfect "Montana bird hunting experience."
Our base of operations is conducted from a hand-hewn log lodge that not only has a fabulous panoramic view of 7 mountain ranges but also provides our clients the opportunity to relax in deluxe accommodations. Fresh linens, hot showers and first-rate meals are provided. Meals are served family style and include Montana raised beef, chicken and pork, with homemade deserts as a finale to each meal.

Homestead Ranch Outfitters
The Homestead Ranch is a beautiful 5,000-acre working ranch nestled in the foothills of the Little Belt Mountains. The Judith River runs through it, surrounded by cottonwood trees. The private acreage adjoins thousands of acres in the Lewis and Clark National Forest and the Judith River Elk Refuge. The ranch offers an unprecedented opportunity for hunting, fishing, horseback riding and overnight trips into the mountains as well as rest and relaxation. Fun for all ages. We have another ranch in the heart of Forest Service land in the Little Belt Mountains. It is a beautiful horseback ride to this cabin with wonderful private fishing right out the cabin door.
M & E Outfitters
M & E Outfitters are ranchers in the central part of Montana. We run our outfitting out of the main ranch house. All hunts are fully guided. We start hunting archery in September in the breaks of the Missouri River, which is done on private property we have leased. Archery hunts consist of elk, deer and antelope and last 7 days. We do bird hunting in October for pheasants, sage grouse, sharp-tails and huns, which lasts 3 days.
