The youth creative writing program for the younger group (ages 9-11) is “Wednesday Writers” and meets the last Wednesday of each month at 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
The focus for the youth writing group is to learn about writing stories and sharing them with each other. The 2020 group is held on a monthly basis.

Lewistown Public Library
Built as a Carnegie Library in 1905, the Lewistown Public Library provides the most modern and up to date information access facility in the county. Located across from the Fergus County Courthouse on Main Street, the library has both the feeling of the old and the wonder of the new.

The goals of this group is to provide a space for creativity, self-expression, and exploration in writing, as well as help build skills in story-telling and critique, and give patrons the opportunity to share their writing with their peers.
